Nope. Guess I should restate what I said: there is some resemblance to Thorichthys species...but this isn't one.
Amphilophus nourisatti...know its not that one..i need to do more searching, i have a pretty good idea what it is just can't member it..haha
To make it even more difficult, these belong to a friend, so you won't find this pic easily on the internet. They are in breeding dress too, so the colors and stripes are going to look different in most pics you find of this species. I swear I'll post a crenicichla next time!
Getting warm. BTW, I'll be getting some nourisatti within the next 3 months, as I get some tanks set up...nice fish!
