Thelma still looks DY-NO-MITE!

She turns up in stage plays and on random tv shows here and there.

Woo that Thelma!! I wouldn't mind checking out something recent she's done. Like they would have said on the show,
"She had it (snaps fingers) togetha!!" ;)

How old are you rock? Can't tell if you're older then I orginially thought or just choose not to put money into real cable

Late 30s and I go out of my way, can't stand what's on tv today for the most part.

I thought you were barely hitting 30 but my point proven once again. you guys are just tooting the horn on the stuff you watched when you were most impressionable. Most of your stories are "I watched x with my dad or I loved z in my teens". Great nostalgia thread for you old farts. what's next? Your favorite record thread?

Eddie, you're proving a point alright, not the one you think though. You said it yourself, you've not seen these shows, so how can you comment on them? You can't. I have seen enough of what's on today to know, it' unoriginal, cheap, superficial, and vulgar, just the way you like it. If your generation didn't see the value in these originals, you guys wouldn't try to repop them every 5 minutes. Unfortunately you can't even see that far. All you have is our age. It's getting dark, go get ready for bed.

I haven't commented on any shows. Only returned to the thread because of the alert and then saw krich's question. So what's your point? your somehow an expert on all television from the 1970s to 2014 because you watched a few episodes of the kardashians?
