clean up crew

I'm sure it's been said before but there are no invert, fish, animal... or anything that only eats poop as it's diet.

yeah no sane creature eats excrement. you can look into a blue crayfish they eat detritus but no poop. do a wc and vacuum your gravel to remove it.

Ghost shrimp will eat excess food, so if you have an overfeeding problem they
might help, they might even pick up fish poop, but they won't eat it.

Sorry

I would never rely on a fish nor invertebrate to eat poo. A lot of inverts do eat detritus albeit decaying plant and animal matter but nothing will really eat poo. Anything that eats poo (if ever there is one) will still add to the bioload. It is your obligation to clean up the poo considering it is your tank and a tank is a closed ecosystem.

regular water change
tank maintenance and good filtration is the key to poop problems

vaccuum is the way to go

Sorry bro no such fish or invertebrate would eat fish waste. But you can add in a couple of snail to clean up extra food.

I use ghost shrimp, nerite snails, cories and plecos.

But it depends on what fish you want to keep, how big the tank is. A bit more info could help people give a clearer answer.
