rockin, ive only been there a few times ive become too much of a city boy to live in that small of a town.

. but yeah i cant imagine myself ever going to a big city haha, I love the small town.I lived in oklahoma and then the summerville brownsville area for a long while and loved it. but man the drive to hang out with anyone, or work, just couldnt do it anymore.
what sucks about being where i am, is finding fish supplies, i have to drive to jackson,tn or paducah,ky , both being 1 hr 30 min or so away, just to goto petsmart or petco. It is a real hassle. And the craigslist here has nothing for fish of course, all the good stuff is in the bigger citys lol.LurkMcgurk;3114379; said:
oh man i know how you feel. Even though i live 30 min outside of memphis, and there is a 2 petco and a petsmart within 15 min drive, memphis is not the place for fish keepers. I go to the market place on here and everything is for so cal or the ny area. its so frustrating. but i still cant imagine driving an hr and half for melafix or anything i might need spur of the moment.
yea i checked a few of them out but most of the time the tanks around here are not well kept and have pics of someone elses tank or when they first set them up. Talk about the worst smells. i went to look at a 225gal and it had to of had a dead skunk in it. just couldnt tell cause the glass was brown.
no, i almost went a few times but last time i was in west memphis i got robbed... so i try to stay away. still wanna go just dont wanna get shot.
