ya it is. the bleach cleans and reactivates it the prime removes the bleach. you wanna be careful doin this. you can also buy purigen in a mesh bag ready to go. treats a 100gal tank.

Not yet, but if it works good and is a better solution than buying bulk activated carbon it might be worth a try. Anyone else have any success with this product.

^^ no probs dude. lotsa video out there on regenerating purigen. can also regen the pre made bags I was talkin about. one bag lasts my 30 gal about 3mnths before I need to regenerate it. I know it looks expensive, but it lasts long time and can be regenerated up to 10 times. although it does lose a bit of potency each time mind you
