i would say yes bacterial bloom and the uv will fix that

every time I do a water change my tank becomes cloudy for 24 hrs or so. I use big als water conditioner. It's a 65tall with emp 280 and eheim 2217 with one Serra. Sanchezi at 5". Maybe you're having the same problem. Could it be the water conditioner? And does water conditioner expire.
