hes back in the big tank, the biggest knife attacked him for a while but everything is allright now.
Looks healthy and acts normal. Still has a little scar/marking where the wound was on his side

the big knife kept beating the sh** out of him after i reintroduced him to the tank so i moved him back. at least for the night or the next few days...

Maybe i will sell the two smaller knives and only keep the big one to prevent any loss in the future if the big one starts to act bossy.

Glad to hear that it's better. It's a beauty. Maybe it's too weak still and that's why the larger one is attacking it. Maybe more the larger one out for a bit. It's probably the dominate one and sees it as a new intruder.

Yes, my guess was that your CK developed swim bladder disorder and the other fish in the tank caused the wounds on it when it was weak and couldn't swim properly. I still don't think that a bacterial infection caused all your problems. You might try waiting a while longer and re-introducing it again.
