I've seen a couple of recipes for them, but I have no idea how to filet them. I hear they have a lot of pin bones too. Kind of curious to try.

I used to have three 24"+ silver arowanas and one 20" black and this one guy asked me if I was raising them for food. he said he ate one when he went to India.
