Clown knife or Gar?

I find gars really boring :D Soo I voted clown knife..I wish I could have a clown knife...Im only 11 >:l I guess my brown knife is better than none :D
 
Well, I'm surprised that your Jardini is tolerating any tank mates. It must still be relatively small. One day (usually starts around 8 to 10 inches) that Jardini will kill everyhing that is in that tank. I have had serveral, and have never seen a Jardini tolerate any tankmates once it matures. Just be careful. Also, if a Gar, just no to a gator gar, it too will make a meal out of everything and you will eventually need a small pond to contain it.

gars are like sticks in the water most of the time my clown knife was always on the move. :)
 
go with a knife, but get a royal not a clown, royals are SO beautiful. gars are boring, they barely even move around, where knives are incredible just to watch

Yes i know everything on how they tend to get mean streaks around that maturity, but that is why i am waiting to buy either until it gets to that 10 inch size...im so smart :P. jk, im not that self absorbed

i raised a ck before for two years and our family had to move(500mi), so i had to start over, but my parents luckily bought the same fish again...i thought i be best off starting over, since i had only been keeping fish for 6 months before that. And so i could re-do my catastrophy of a tank. And read my other post above this one. thanks.
 
Who knows i may even sell the jardini and get both. If it goes on a mean streak.
