clown knives in 180g tank

r clown knifefish one of those species that will grow mostly to the tank size?

and if they required such a large tank to begin with, how have so many ppl kept them? id love to keep them

Usually they are raised together at a small size. I wouldn't say they grow to the size of their tank. I actually grew a CK to 11" in a 10g tank. I think they can get to 30"+ but average 20"+

ok. i still think ill stick to a black ghost knife to be on the safe side of things...
