i found some of my kifes. the first one is the 11in one and the second one is the 6in one but i dont know y one is almost twice the size i bought them at the same time. could one be a female and the other male??? Both have always had the Biggest spots but now i can see all the small ones.

nice spots on that knife. yah about the size different, it could be apetite difference, and the bigger one obviously has a bigger apetite and also dominance. i have three and all three has different rate, depending on the month LOL.
this is an old pic. the smallest one is almost as big as the other two. but goldie is the largest of the 3.

normally you can as they typically occupy different areas of the tank during different times of the day, but i have had one bad experience which left my aro pretty beat up. but outside of this one incident i have never had a problem having these 2 species comm.
