Clown loach prices

Almost 10 yrs ago, a 10" clown loach cost $100 US wholesale, in Singapore.

yea I saw that.. The colors on the two are pretty good. Too bad its over the west coast.

Liveaquaria, imo, has fair prices. Yeah they are usyausu more than other places, but they have the two week guarantee, and they do quarantine Diver's Den fish , including a bath treatment.

This seems pricy to me though. They had "large" clown Loaches earlier in the summer. I really to say they had 5-6" ones for $130 each for a set of three.

This seems like less of a deal but I guess it is slightly cheaper for slightly smaller. Anyway, figured I'd post in case anyone was interested.

This is one area a LFS in Chicago has covered. They had some in this size rage for $35-60 when I checked in early summer. Most of the other fish are way more than online, including beibg more than Diver's Den.

I have no affiliation with them other than that I ordered some 3" cloen Loaches and Dority rainbowfish from Diver's Den in June. Just posting in case anyone is interested.

That works out to $126 and change each, people must be very high to pay those kinds of prices for a 5" clown loach.

I agree but somebody is buying them. I think their 3" ones they post frequently for $69.99 for three is a decent deal. I don't think $100 more for 1-2" bigger is worth it.

They have another batch of 3 clown Loaches 4.5-5.5 inches for $279. We might make fun of their prices for these size ones, but the one I posted about above and another batch have sold. This just posted today:

They also have 3 loaches 2.75"-3" for $60. The one on the bottom right looks like it has white spots on it though: not sure if it's ich it just a bad pic. I suppose they are guaranteed and they supposedly quarantine them:
