Very nice loach. In a decent sized tank with good water quality and diet, you might see 6" in a year.

Burmese Border Loaches, Yo-Yo loaches, Queen Botia, Botia Striata, Sumo Loach make good tank mates but i still think you should get two more CLs even if you plan to mix

Clown Loaches look much better in an active shoal. I recommend at least five to get the effect going, but the more the merry. Get more clowns before you start mixing.
 
you got any experience with the zebra loach (Botia striata). mix with CLs?

Striatas will mix OK, there won't be any fighting. The Clowns will soon outgrow the Striatas though, and will consume all the food and trample the smaller striata. I keep Striata with smaller loaches like Sumos, and red tail zebras.

you got some awsome loaches, as soon as i have the room , in doing a 125-150 loach tank
