got a clown from petco a two weeks ago tomorrow, went back like 3 days later and almost their whole saltwater system had ick(from a tang as well they had). i asked when they got the ick, or at least when they saw it and they noticed it the day after i got my clown. luckily the clown hasnt shown signs of ick, the tanks didnt show signs of anything until i went back a few days later. i always look at the fish real close to try and find any white spots on them whether it be at petco, any chain or private places.
