Yes Ive never tried chitlins before but the type Ive eaten is the Chinese style
Interesting,I hope the cooked result does not smell the same.I have never eaten them but I had an older uncle who grew up down south and he would cook a pot of it nearly every weekend.It has such a strong(and unpleasant,to me) smell that would overtake the entire house.I felt like the smell was still on me after I left his house after each visit.

Lol, yes the smell stuck on you, stinky food does that. Never tried chitlins.

Lol, no. That burger looks disgusting! Looks like a seaweed burger! But I'm sure someone likes eating that.
It's probably got collared greens on it instead of lettuce.
