I did an assignment in Philly, back in 2001, and discovered this regional delicacy. Growing up in CT, I had never even heard of scrapple. I had this stuff for breakfast almost on a daily basis, while I was down there. When I told people, back home about it and explained what its actually made from, the reaction was typically, "HELL NO, I'm not interested!!" lol

LOL,I'll admit that scrapple is not the most inviting looking food....cooked or raw but it is delish.
Just get a load of this morning happiness.
Looks like someone likes syrup on theirs.I have never tried it that way.
...and,this is the brand of choice around these parts.
