So what is the next hot you're going to get?

have not decided yet. maybe a beaded lizard? maybe a bushmaster? It will be a little bit before I get a new hot. I want to focus on setting up the ones I have now. My next big purchase will be 5 terrestrial cages from boamaster to replace the cruddy melamine ones I have now.

Did you buy the melamine cages or make them and why don't you like them?

I bought them for real cheap on craigslist and they were a piece of crap. the guy I got them from made them himself but they were difficult to open, had bad dimensions, and made it easy for a snake or strong lizard to escape. I also would like something that looks nice too.

I have definitely thought about it but I don't have the room for something that large just yet. Eventually though I will get a Phillipene (sp?) sailfin dragon, they are just stunning. Also on my list of animals to get is a caiman lizard! I am just waiting for the prices to fall a little bit more...

They are allmost green iguana size and the biggest agamid lizards, about five feet long for males, females smaller. I however remenbar seeing a pic of a like 5 foot long female.

I will tell you what, if anything ever happens to Julio (my igg) I will go get a sailfin. but right now it is one or the other and there is no way I am letting Julio go, he is just too cool.
