I disagree, atleast here in the USA. finishing anytype of school does not prepare you for living. Depending on the actual curriculum, most just teach you a certain subject.

yes, correct. but in modern society this is farfetched and people are to closeminded. basically ignorant. in my experience people dont like to learn anything more then what they feel they "need" to know.

incorrect, everything a person does can be considered "true colors", it is human nature.. what happens in a difficult time is their reaction to that experience. just as their reaction to having a fun experience.

but generally, to even score an interview at a certain highranked position, you need a cert/degree.
The number 1 things that employers look for are communications skills. 
College degrees are absolutely necessary unless you have a great network of people who can pull strings for you and get you the job you want, but that's not always the easiest way of getting the job. People def. look at college degrees as a top priority for certain positions.

I think you misunderstood. People that does not get consumed with their feelings and emotions are able to withstand hardships they go through in life. This comes by teachings from people that have experience multitudes of problems.
And having a college degree is important when you want to apply for a position higher than a clerk, i.e., VP of operations, Manager of R&D, Chief Financial Officer, etc... You can't get these jobs, if you only finish an internet class in real estate.
I plan on getting a PhD one day, I promise you! But that will have to wait for like 10 more years or longer.. and I will major in Aquatic science and minor in Musical arts.

Yup, I agree. It is very hard to get a job with a degree under your belt. Positions in marine bio, aquatic science, icthyology are all not in very high depand. People that do get the job normally don't leave it till they retire.
I know that many fish hatcherys won't hire someone without at least a years experiance on a fish farm, no matter how much you know. Sure, there are rare cases where people have connections but these are rare.

I would have to agree. Esp. in Marine Bio I was going to go into that field untill everyone I talked to told me not to, alot of my friends got majors and some went to grad school and moved up the chain getting this and that for Marine Bio and they are still working in west palm beach as waitresses and one if a flight attdendant... def. not a high demand job.
I am already in the process on working to my gen aa degree, then its off to a Bio Major, so then after that I can get my junk and either teach science's or I can go into an informational field at an aquarium, then if that doesnt do me well, I can always go back and take the mcat and go to med school, or go back and try something for the enviromental sciences or FL ecosystem sciences... whatever, get a job in a lab... something.
