Are comic books now even as valuable, as to what they were before??

Stuff I used to collect before back in the day... (and still have some now.):
Alpha Flight, DareDevil, The New Mutants, Spider-Man, X-Men, Shang Chi: Master Of Kung Fu, PowerMan & Iron Fist, West Coast Avengers, What If? series, Wolverine.

Teen Titans, BatMan, BlueDevil, Green Lantern & Green Arrow, JLA, and more

Badger, Coyote, Elementals, Whisper, Macross, others...

thanks for pointing that out. i actually was referring to the bill jemas story as well, just worded all retarded. i just hope it's not as corny as the xmen movies. maybe it's just me but i expected a lot more from the movies, but then again, thats just wishful thinking. i just know the logan character deserves a well written/composed/directed film.

not really as far as I see,thats why I search for ones that read good.If it dosnt have great writing then I dont care about it.Graphic novels I think are better sometimes becaues the entire book is right their and usualy around 10 to 25 bucks.Then its a nice book to toss on the shelf.

I still have a few of the old marvel graphic novels... X-Men 'God loves Man", Punisher "Return to Big Nothing" and "Intruder", Wolverine & Nick Fury, Doctor Strange & Doctor Doom, Sensational She-Hulk...

My favorites, John Byrne and Jack Kirby.

the net makes it easier for ppl to find and get an old book from somebody who dosnt care about it so yeah they sell it cheap when it should not be.The ones that are worth alot still were special editions with cover art and such.Dont get me wrong,some are much harder to find in good shape and hey if somebody wants it bad enough then who knows what they will pay,really,but dont expect the shops to pay big.The one with no name is Iron Fist,and yes you are seeing Buffy on my list because for a 20 dollar book this was a very fun and funny read,well written.All of these are some good stuff that sways away from the typical x men thing.I hear the Last Man was awesome,just wanted to show some new stuff,I cant get into batman and x men comics,I like this other stuff though.
