1.) Download Image from HERE

2.) Save it to computer and then open it up in Photoshop CS or CS2

3.) From there please apply a 'radial blur' with the settings at:

Amount = 100
Blur Method = Spin
Quality = Best

Using a stop watch / ps timer see how long it takes to apply this filter

Lets see your computer performance. I'm researching dual cores / single since dual doesn't help much if multitasking is not in progress.

I think I need to get a real computer. I don't know how long it would have taken, I got bored at 3:30 and it still wasn't even close to finished, so I forced the PS CS2 to close.

Well, I'm a bit short on ATA cables, so my computer is half open with one CD-rom outside the cabinet :-D
Anyways, 36 seconds! Wow what an improvement. My 2 gigs of ram seems to be clocked at 333mhz, I just need to get this fixed somehow. Tried to enter the bios but wasn't allowed. I'll probably soon be up there with you 32 seconders Man the speed blows me away, especially the multitaskin performance!
