Canada... i wish.
hey everyone as of last night my computer has no sound... i tried two different speakers and still nothing... it also says no audio output device installed? not sure what that mean but i think it might be my sound card. anyone know how i can fix this?
 
Check if your speakers are plugged in...
 
have you used your speakers before with sucess. try redownloading the sound driver for your computer or installing the speakers. hopefully this will help you
 
If it had been working and now all of a sudden it doesn't it could be your sound card. A new one is only like $15 and just plugs right into the motherboard.
 
^yeah it just stopped last night. speakers are plugged in, etc... but im pretty sure it is the sound card.
 
Check to see if the driver is installed and working properly. If it says it is, the problem is your sound card.
 
^ the sound card doesnt even show up on the device management window(through the control panel)
 
Just make sure the driver for the card is working and updated. If you can't fix it that way, then yes, you need a new card.
