Still haven’t gotten around to putting them together lol. I considered doing it during today’s water change but I’m gonna wait until the water change later next week. I actually have midterms Monday through Thursday so I want to wait until after that. Just so I’m able to monitor them without also worrying about midterms
. I’ll certainly be making a post the day I introduce the two crazies to each other.
Move in day for little miss crazy! Haven’t done anything yet but stay tuned for a post in a few hours. After I’ve done the water change and they’ve hopefully settled in a bit.
They’re in together. Okay so here’s what’s happening. At this point they’ve been together for about 40 minutes. Put her in right before I started filling the tank back up. A lot of flaring between the two of them and tail slaps from Solo. He’s also taken a couple swipes at her. Leia’s is far more interested in him than he is in her. She’s also holding her ground. As I’m writing it seems like they’re calming down somewhat, still a lot of flaring. Solo also seems to be the one that’s more stressed. As of right now I’m feeling OKAY about the two of them, not great though. Some words of wisdom from you guys would be be greatly appreciated .

Well, I think they’ve paired up. Solo’s normal colors are coming back and they’ve calmed down a lot. They’re side by side, digging away by the cave in the right corner. I’m still watching them like a hawk though. Maybe I can get a video by the end of the day.
