I got a new 100 watt aqueon heater because I am treating my 20 gallon for ich and it wasn't working because the water was too cold. I just noticed that there is a little bit of water condensation inside of the heater. I got the heater yesterday, but I just put it in the tank today. Is it a problem?

That does not sound good.

is it working?

Happened to my 10 year old jager ebo not owned by eheim at that time.

I went to a fish warehouse and about 20 or so tanks out of 30 in that row had condensation in their eheim jager heaters. Its the newer model eheim jager as well.

Id rather spend 50 or so bucks then to lose hundreds of dollars worth of my fish

Okay aqueon heater you say? I had a old one laying around that must've been a few years old and it didn't work. I got a free replacement....

Lifetime warranty no receipt nothing. Had to snip the cord off and show pics and that's it
