Confused Again

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Oh woah nvm they get to 11-12 inches and prefer protein-based diets.
You sure you were looking at the right pleco? Rangers are supposed to be the smallest plecs specie and Max out at 2in. Granted red lizards don't get much bigger they tend to Max out at 3in. I personally like how the red lizards look kind of reminds me of my whiptail catfish except much smaller and red.

apparently there is an imperial ranger pleco, a new ranger pleco and a ranger pleco which all seem to have different info on them. Hmm I am confused again. Which one stays 2inch?

O sry must've got my info wrong on the ranger. Just looked em up again and it's saying 7in Max size so a couple inches larger then a bushynose

Oh okay yeah, all good. Wow they are bamboozling.
Yeah the imperial is the smallest one caping out at 4-5in. Must've mistaken the shipping size for the max size. Haha 13 years of experience and ya still make mistakes from time to time. But yeah they are a very nice looking pleco honestly.

Hahah yeah, if only my lfs wouldn't wimp out on getting rare fish, the furthest they've gone in uncommon fish is albino heckelli.

They won't ship any for ya? I got 2 lfs that do that for me when I ask. They also got allot of oddball stuff in anyways regardless so its always interesting going there even just for a look at the current stock.

They will do special orders for me but then I have to pay extra for the fish and then pay shipping if it is something that is not on their wholesaler's list i.e rio nanay angelfish. but other things they can add to their list if I ask. With them because its a small family-owned business getting oddballs is more risky as there aren't many hobbists nearby and if the fish doesn't sell its a loss to them
