Consideration's when choosing short body fish.

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
thanks guys, just throwing some ideas around with the family...

Woohoo! Sealed the deal on a 90 gallon w/stand, hood, lighting, two large backfilters, gravel etc for $190! Around here a 75 gallon with just hood and lighting (no stand, filters, etc) will cost you that much. It will be here some time this coming week. Did I mention this setup is up and running/cycled?

Still waiting to hear back on the 125.

Thats alright though, he's pretty much bonded to the pink con female, he no longer abuses her in any way. I discovered she did lay eggs recently but all were infertile, but Titus was in that time completely fixated on the texas next door. So we'll see, if I do get that cross they will be crossed back to pink con. As much as I love FH I have to admit there are many other types of hybrids that are so much damn easier. A little FH (or BP) goes a looooooooong way in the project's I have planned. Each of them will be much like what I did with the texas.

$100 free shipping and.....

You honestly think what I'm asking is too much? I'll make something like $110 (after shipping) at what I'm asking, you really think he isn't even worth that much? Be honest.

Honestly he looked better in the original Aquabid picture before you bought him. Hes a little odd shaped and looks a little stunted. If he was in his own tank and being groomed he would look a little better color and kok wise. You have been trying to get rid of him for awhile and no takers so that there tell you the price is too high for the fish.

I am not in any way trying to be a **** but hes not worth what you are asking for.

The effed up part of that is when I got him I thought something very like that. When I sent the seller an email saying he just didn't look the same as pictured in the auction. I was assured that it was the same fish. If you look at the orginal auction pic you can clearly see the pearling on the head is MUCH thicker than Titus', I really am not buying it looks different cuz he's bigger when I got him than he was in the pic either. He was also much larger than advertised, auction said 4" and he was more like 5" plus.
