It was an 8th grade paper, I'm not to proud of it. But, when I said fake, I should have elaborated. I meant the idea of "Global Warming" is fake. There are receding glaciers in some areas. But, the general public fails to understand that the Earth has changed so many times since life started on it. It is changing again and we are here for the ride. That is how I view it.

global warming, to climate change, next will be global cooling, then back to warming. if no one has noticed it is a consistant change like the seasons.

Anyone who calls it "global warming" has already been swayed by the media. You can't call something "fake" if you don't understand it. Out of curiosity how many of you have read unbiased scientific papers on global CLIMATE CHANGE?
Many "peer reviewed" papers are written and influenced by policy makers and scientists with no credibility. Al gore's (i'm not a fan either but he knows the issue) movie shows many of these inaccuracies.

I find it interesting that members of the general public laugh about global warming and call it "fake" on no evidence. But in all my geography, biology, geology, environmental science etc classes in college everyone acknowledges the facts. Crazy...

You didn't know that all of academia and the scientific establishment are in on the great global warming boondoggle? They couldn't pull "evolution" over on us so they had to start something else!

You know you're not going to persuade anyone, right? This is an issue people make their decisions on based on political leanings, not assessment of facts. Come to think of it, that goes for most scientific issues of which the public is aware...

well i didnt say the whole global warming is fake as in its not real. i meant fake as in its not what we're told that its caused by man made but a scam.

One center of research has been breached...and therefore its not happening? You do realize how ridiculous that sounds right?

I'm all for killing the "global warming" that the media spews out and companies may be profiting from. But this is still just political ammunition rather than scientific debate. It does not prove anything at this point as its under investigation if any of the suppressed info has made its way into formal reports. Catch my drift?
