Continue starving?

In My House
So I have 3 cichla 6-7"
One of them finally started taking chopped silversides after about 3-4 days. The other have yet to eat it. But they show intrest by "chewing" on it but spitting it out.

I guess my main question is, will the others eventually take silversides?

A little history on the 3. All of them were taking silversides at one point, but I moved them and then they stopped eating it (prolly from stress) so I gave them live. Now, after starving for 3-4 days. One of them is taking it. Will the others eventually take it since is familiar to them?

Good chance but not 100%, people have tanks of cichla which mostly feed on pellet but still some don't, i have two Azul from the same batch and one loves pellet, one doesn't.

Try prawn etc etc
 
Tried tilapia and shrimp, still a no go

I have two orino for over a month now they still haven't eaten and the refuse anything except live.. it sucks

yeah my group took a week to two weeks to all eat pellets
one last bass took forever
 
i have had cichla eat for 2 weeks straight then theres just days the dont want to eat..my best advice dont feed for a few days then try again..no reason to waste fish food..good luck
 
Ok cool. Max days till I cave in and give them feeders?
