Thing I don't like about Oscars is that they eat so much. Alone you could just not put as much food in, but with other fish you'll have to put a lot more food in. I've been in the fish hobby 20+ years. Had Oscars a few times, and came to the same conclusion every time. Convicts are awesome! I've had them many times. They stay small and aren't all that aggressive. They put on a great show though..lol
