I'm surprised more snakes haven't been mentioned. Personally, I'd love to breed northern black racers (Coluber constrictor constrictor). Alot of the racers look very cool(especially buttermilk racers) and are apparently pretty smart snakes.
Another interesting snake not many people keep is the Taiwanese beauty snake.
Oh....prehensile tailed skinks....we need more of these CB in the hobby!!! Such cool lizards.
Years ago black and white tegus would have been pretty unique but they seem to be on a very steep rise in popularity. I will always suggest black and white tegus. Great animals to have if you have the space.

I actually have thought about Ackies, I have wanted some for years. I can never seem to find anyone who has them though. I have a 10' long x 8' high x 3' wide area to build a cage(s) for what I want. So whatever I get will have to live within those measurements until I get my greenhouse built.
