As I said, it's your fault because you allowed the pictures to be put in the position to be used by anyone.

Too bad copyright laws DISAGREE. It is a sad thing nowaday that people have to do everything under the sun to protect their works with the Internet sprawling all over the place...

It is not his fault at all; he should not have to go through the extra work of protecting his pictures, but unfortunately dishonest people force others to pursue actions such as these. I don't mind if people use my pictures, but if people are using my pictures to SELL things, then it is a problem since it is a misrepresentation of sale and that the picture is being used for profit.

ive seen a few pictures of my rays around... think about it this way you posted them on the internet... when you think about how billions of people can see them and copy them how can you get mad.... put a water mark on your photo's if you dont want them used...

It is not being used part is a problem for most people, it is when people start claiming them as their own... even if it is not intentional. People have been convicted for improper distribution of photographs (usually through eBay, craigslist et cetera.)

Welcome to the internet... if any of the people wanna claim something i own as theres thats great for them... atleast i can prove it is mine...

Sure people can do that and do it, but is attitude displayed by a few members in this thread make people think it is OKAY to do it when it is not.

Either way... glad conflict is resolved. I wonder if anyone buying the animals would be ticked off since they would be not the same group as the picture (even if the picture is meant to be representative, some people DO take their purchase seriously.)
