Coral Beauty Angel problem...

your problem is the tap water. Use only RO/DI water. When i switched to this,all problems in my tank went away. My coral beauty had similar problems to yours and I'm happy to report it has almost disappeared.

It could be the tap water, I guess. We've had her for two years, though... same water. We're going to begin adding RO/DI to our auto top-off tub and using it for water changes, but it's going to be a while before we can really switch over 100%. Hopefully the problem will be solved by that -- we were already planning on switching over, anyway.
