That is what I was thinking. I just got it Sunday, but I has to rearrange the tank trying to get a good spot for it, then yesterday I did a w/c, and then fed it some clam. I looked like it was eating the clam, then it looked like it spit it out. So I am not sure if it ate it or not. When I have my powerhead and hob filter on, the bubbles only jiggle a little. So I don't think there is too much flow.

I feed mine DT's out of a dropper when his tentacles are out and the he gets some mysis when i feed every other day and he has doubled in size in 8 months. Mine liked flow. Not direct flow but he was jiggling around pretty good

Still about the same and not completely opening. It looks the same as it did for about a month at my lfs. Is it just the way it is?

Also I drip acclimated so that shouldn't be a problem.

Ugh it is closing up more now, the bubbles are "gone" but they have noticeably shrunk. I turned off my hob filter so hopefully reduced flow will help it out.

What are DTs btw?

DT's is a live phytoplankton that comes in a bottle. I would leave your lights off for a day or so. Give him time to adjust. Chances are if he was like that for a month in your LFS he is extremely stressed. Whats your water parameters?

No time for perms, got a lot to do, including moving a tv. They should e good though as I did a w/c a day ago and it is running coral only since my fish are in hypo. I did try turning my hob filter off, that seems to he the problem! Yet, that creates another problem. Without my filter going it is;
A: not filtering (doh)
B: not much flow, thus more ditrus and zoas possibly getting pissed
C: only 1 powerhead is moving water.
Here is a FTS, if you could give me ideas on what to do that would be cool. The white rock is just there incase I need to move something, and to start growing stuff on it for my next reef tank.
