Not my pic, but my 2 look just like that. One is smaller and darker though... darn it... now I gotta go out in the cold and get my camera from the car...

Liz's fish has a white bar where the black horizontal bar on a "johannii type" should be.
Most "johannii" are hybrids themselves so I don't bother with an exact ID of which (M. johannii, M. interruptus, M. cyanoerhabdos).
Liz's fish has the classic look and overall pattern of a M. auratus but the coloring and "extras" on the fish's pattern is also more "johannii type".
It's a neat looking fish I think. Wonder what kind of hellraiser he'll grow up to be lol.

Thank you much..he already is a hellraiser.....he claimed his own cave and theres fish in there much bigger them him.. and he already started chasing..soon to be moved into the big boys tank..:D

great looking fish and cool video of him..he does act and look alot like mine ..mine is still young so not as big.. :D
