The problem with crabs and crawdads in cichlid tanks is that they are really tasty. I had a crawdad in my tank that lasted maybe a month and I thought he was going ot make it. One day however my midas (I'm assuming it was the midas) straight up gaffled it. Took a huge chunk of its back out.

So, i'm a biology major and my buddy who lives on campus.... well, has a roommate with marbled crayfish!! how random is that?? there only allowed to have 10g tanks max... i guess the kid has a 15 and a 10 with them self cloning like crazy... lol he gonna hook it up!
so anyways... my LFS sucks... they can't find my pike!! but that might be ok because now i'm looking at a CRENICICHLA MARMORATA spot face pike... it's beautiful... but 80 bucks?? idk bought that... says they only get 12-14"
