Personally, if the canopy and stand are in good shape, no water damage, that is a decent deal. If you figure the tank is a couple hundred, the stand is a couple hundred, the canopy 150ish, wet dry 200. Not bad. It is worth what you think it is worth. IF it is in good shape. check it out. What do you have to lose?
I guess thats a good deal for where you live....man, you people get hosed out there. I guess the low costs have to do with the overabundance of huge salt setups in socal. I feel for you.
here's a taste of whats going on out here....I know this one leaks, but it's just the first one I ran across. I offered em $150, we'll see what happens. I bet I can get it for $200.

The ornate bichir sure is cool tho.. I am setting the tank up as we speak, so I will post pics later today
Got just about everything set-up.. Just need to go buy some clamps for the canister filter. I opted to not use the wet/dry on this tank, because it requires an overflow box, meaning it couldn't be flush up against the wall.
Pics might be a lil cloudy looking, as it's still settling with no filter and just airstones.
