i think i will go to home depot this weekend for a little LP watching, this could be a new hobby!
It gets annoying for us creative types who like to sweep through a store three times to see what ideas we can cultivate. They start following you, then they back off and let an employee "work" near you for awhile, then another one latches on. It's distracting when you're trying to put together a big PVC filter in your head and somebody is riding your back. But I understand they have to watch for thieves. It's just not very customer-friendly to those of us with environmental awareness.

If your watching for them you can spot undercover people. You might see a person browsing around and you seem to keep seeing the same person several times more around the store.
lol thats crazy!!! allthough ive seen it happen before ive never seen or in this case heard of a guy chaseing someone through the parkinglot!!!
The loss prevention guy at my local HD always walks around in a BEHR paints hat that he obviously got from the HD. He is there on the floor, walking around for hours a day, every day. Never buys anything, just walks around. Not too tough to spot.
