This aquarium was taken down as a fresh water but could easily be turned over to salt. The reason for the take down was to go salt/reef but smaller. It has been sitting for approximately 4 months and has NO cracks/leaks. To be included are a stand (is in great shape) and canopy (which needs small repair) as well as some extra large items for decor. I also have the canister filter that ran this beast. This large aquarium is ready to go for anyone (novice or experiences). It comes with everything you need to get started (except fish and water): lighting (which i forgot to include in the picture), power filter with heater, rocks, a few plants/decorations, extra air pumps, tubing, etc... This aquarium is made of float glass, which means it contains a high amount of iron - ideal for absorbing and reflecting the appropriate amount of light. You could also drill into the glass without it cracking, for example if you wanted to install a hidden cannister filter in the stand below. Not all aquariums are made of such high quality glass. Such a setup usually sells for $1000 or more. Contact me with any questions.

now this is just stupid. she recently dropped her price down to $400 i still dont have the heart to tell her i can get a better setup on a 55 for $125...i have seen this add for close to two months now

Everthing you need for salt water set up. Does not include the fish, or coral. We have changed tanks so this one has to go. We have some extra live rock to go as well. The light system alone is around $250 new. Located in Maxville / baldwin area. Really need this gone! You can take some of the water from currently set up tank so you could set this up and add fish right away!
