Well there is no really set rule, but he's still way over stocked. If that shovelnose is a Tiger Shovelnose, that fish alone is too much fish for that tank.

Hi, I have a 55 gallon fish tank with 2 huge fish, a placostomous that is just over a foot long and an albino(my pelling is bad) oscar that is bigger then my open hand named grumpy. I named him that because he likes to start fights with the other fish and the stuff in the tank, also I had a crawl fish in there with him and they faught so he has a couple chunks taken out of him but grumpy kicked his ass! He likes to mess with your head and make you think he's dead or lay down on the floor until you stick your hand in and he'll try and get you! The fish are both healthy and well taken care of for the last year. Tank and fish come with some cleaning supplys and tank stand. I'm asking 250 obo each of the fish are worth just that alone! I posted a wanted ad for 100+ gallon tank and said depending on what it comes with am willing to pay between $60 and $200 and someone wrote me saying
"Your wanting to buy a 100 gallon tank with stand and filters and only willing to pay 200?
The tank alone is $400, the pumps for that size if fresh water is another 200, then the lights and the stand. All new, just fresh water, is almost a grand for that size. If your going to salt water, its even higher.
