Crenicichla Lenticulata

i just purchased a C.Lenticulata (is $10 a good price for them) and right now he is in my grow out tank with my tems... the
C.Lenticulata was attacked by the tems (theyre all the same size- 3 inches) but he held his ground now hes the aggressor when they come close... should i be worried?

Don't have a clue since you haven't provided the sizes of the fish in question. Generally, if the pike is half the size of the tems, it's at risk of becoming a $10 feeder.

I just picked up a couple for $14 ea. so I guess $10 is possible but yeah, I'd like to see a pic too.

IME, lents are pretty nasty. I'd definitely be worried about your Cichla. My lents have killed more than their fare share of fish.

the lent was originally $14.99 but he gave it to me for $10 dollars because im always in there! i tried to take pictures but i cant get him staying still to get a good one!... i know it is what it is because they have actual pictures of the fish on each tank!

lol, i agree! if you got an actual Lenticulata for $10 or even $14, i'd make the 1 1/2 hour drive to san diego and clear out that LFS' entire stock... a pic would be very helpful...
