I kinda agree sorry man, as a responsible pet owner one should try to achieve the best for the animals in our care and not getting one of the best diets avaible for the animal becouse your local store may not carry it seems bad.seems you are going to an expo soon? if so u can get enough diet to last a very long time for a single gecko.
If not ordering online is an other option as well, apple sauce and baby food are not a proper diet compared to repashy cgd. I myself will be getting 6 cresteds this sat and will make sure to get the cgd as well.

It says that its very hard to get the correct ratio of all the nutrients etc that the geckos need by using those baby foods, while the cgd already has everything that they need in the correct ratios

My petland sells the t-rex brand "Crested gecko diet".But, I buy the repashy crested gecko diet at my reptile expo, more specifically the breeder who sold me my crested. An 8 oz. package costed me $8, and I've used it since last november. I've used about 2/3-3/4 of the package feeding my one gecko, its very economical and a complete healthy diet.
I don't mind being corrected, I mind being talked down on. No need to apologize, Ozz and Joe.

Niiice, be sure to post pics and lots of 'em!! They are very cool animals, I have come very close to buying them at times in the past but it never really came together. Now it finally will and I'm PSYCHED
And I'm also glad I have the right info now. Another MFK'er at one point told me that they do best on baby food, and no protein whatsoever
