Yes. If it gets hot, point a fan at the tank. The gecko should be fine. If theres a heat wave for a couple weeks in new caledonia, the geckos dont all drop dead :)
Thanks, that was funny. Its like you slaped me in the face and yelled snapp out of it,lol.Well thats what i was thinking too but i dont know anything about the weather over their.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I just stress so much about taking good care of animals and i know its hard to give them the best conditions sometimes but you dont want to get something that will suffer because i was shopping like Carrie from sex in the city shopping for shoes, lol.

Just keep a few icepacks in the freezer and rotate them.

That's what I am going to do with my salamanders when the heatwave hit...

that sounds cool,i was wondering, the smell sometimes from ice packs, you know that freezer smell.Theirs nothing their to be toxic to your herps is their?

I keep mine at room temperature in my sons bedroom - they must be happy as they are mating as I type.

temp ranges between low 60's (at a coldest) during winter nights - to about 80 during summer days - at the moment day time temp is 75.
