Or what about a fahaka puffer what is it's care and would a 350g do good.

Fahaka is much cheaper and they are great fish. Tons of personality and very owner responsive. Minimum tank size is about 180g.

Care is the same. No tankmates, 150 gallon minimum tanksize. A lot of good information can be found on the sticky.

OK so that would work and what about if it was with a jardini and what is a black nile catfish?

As Kevin said, tankmates are not recommended. My Fahaka is with a breeding pair of Convicts, but most Fahaka's will kill all other fish. If you insist on trying, I wouldn't keep it with anything that I wasn't prepared to lose. A Jardini is a bad choice.

Okay does anyone know of any good growing catfish that can live in my tank but get over 1 ft

None that can survive with a Fahaka. Small, fast cichlids with lots of hiding spots is pretty much your only hope.

But what if i just got a jardini and a catfish and does anyone know of a catfish that gets around1-2 ft and is less than 200 usd
