Cruelty In All Its Glory

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I have blood parrots here, none of them can close their mouths but they are thriving and two of my parrots are over 5 years old. I do not see any swimming problems in BP at LFS or anywhere. Pretty much most BP are healthier than most fancy goldfish.

God, that thing is in such a tiny tank. I feel sorry for it.

We're on a different set of Parrots now, but before we restocked our tank and started over, our first group of three lived for seven years and are now in a display tank at our lfs and have been for about 3 months. Our Blood Parrots have always lived great with African Cichlids, have never had any trouble eating, defending themselves, or swimming. BP's deformities hampering them is a great exaggeration from the truth from what I've seen.

Would you rather be a regular kid with a small room or a kid with a mouth that didnt close, little arms, little legs and a big room. LMFAO

you can definitely tell if a ca cichlid is stressed or happy
