Yes. Noticed one that was stringy/linked like but normal color on initial drop in , but I've since noticed white stringy waste hanging yesterday.

So I have had her almost a year and a half now. She is definitely getting bigger, and has been showing more color/stripes often. Still flying solo.
Currently growing out a set of 4 fry to get a pair or one male to try and pair with her.
Sounds like Hexamita to me. There's a sticky on here about treating Hex with Espom Salt in water solution. Highly effective, no side effects on the fish, definitely the way to go for Hexamita.
I sent that fish back home with its owner lol He doesn't think so/believe me but his fish looks way bad and bloated/dark stressed looking (to me at least) compared to my fish..
I haven't encountered any issues with my female. She eats like my Rednose Pitbull and stays active digging and such..
Man she is about 7 inches + now I would say.. Seems to be hitting another growth spurt. Looking forward to how big she will be after summer.
I have 4 fry growing out looking for a male that are getting to a decent size now, I will post them on here for the sex guessing game/confirmation in the next week or so.
