Oh yeah they’re awesome, might get a brown bullhead in the 75 with the 2 bluegill. I’m going to get branches and such tomorrow and gonna start the soak process, hopefully I get some big branches, I want to have it like a environmental feel to it
Well good luck with finding bigger branches

Thanks? my dads trimming a tree today so chances are I’ll get one
Have to make sure it's hardwood as in Oak, Maple etc. Can't use softwood as it releases a toxin that in the small aquarium environment will kill fish.
Also the wood needs to be dried out before you can use it.

If it drops all the leaves in the fall its hardwood, if it has needles that stay year round its softwood.

What size were you thinking? stocking will depend on the encolosure size and amount of water vs land.
Classic choice for land section would be dart frogs, Anoles, some geckos. I'd pick one and not mix em. Would need a large land portion/arboreal section for these & would need enclosure to be escape-proof of course.
For fish, ideas could range from small tetras to SA cichlids, would depend on the size of it . I'd probably just go for some colorful tetras and l cory cats etc, and not try to shoehorn anything, unless water section was quite large.

What about any species of land reptile or amphibian that will actually use the whle paludarium in which it will swim in the water and then go on land

So a 30 gallon tank, land and water meet in middle, at about halfway up the tank's height? That would be around 7.5 gallons of water, so that would limit the choices quite a bit. Tiny nano fish eould be the way to go. If you wanted a south american theme, ember tetras would fit the bill.
