CUSTOM PEACOCK BASS BUILD

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
8'L x 4'W x 3'T (700g+) with 5-6 pbass (orino & azul imo), with 10+ redhook silver dollars and a bunch of geos!

With my calculations the tank will take up an entire wall in my basement "hangout room" (me and my buds have lots of parties and get togethers down there and that is why this tank MUST be bad***) but it will come out around 7' L x 4.5' W x 3.5' T... So the two .5 foot on the L and W will make up for the lost foot in legnth... WILL THAT REALLY BE 700+ GALLONS WOW!!!

If you think $125 is a lot for a ray think again about costs of your tank. Just building a 650 gallon will most likely cost around $1k. Also, the upkeep of all those fish will end up costing more than the initial price. But if you have the funds than I say good luck

No... Just alot for a single fish... I usually wait till i find a good deal... And since i am graduating school in a week my parents are helping me quite a bit for funds... I will also have around a 100 gallon sump to... But I have been saving money for this summer for about 2 years now cause i always figured i would do something big after i finished school... So i have about 1k myself by working at my local pet store and burger king both for 2 years... so startup funds are not a problem...

8'L x 4'W x 3'T (700g+) will not have any wasted material, but space is always a factor. Good luck with the tank, I'll be waiting for a build thread, and keep the drunk asses away from the tank...One mistake could cause your party to become a hot tub social!

But again, do not worry... I am better then those losers...

So ornios, ocells, etc. are ok?

Orinos, and ocells are fine together but its tough starting them out small together because of the different growth rates. Orinos, and Kelberi grow the slowest, while Temensis, Azuls, and Ocells grow the fastest.

So azuls and ocells could be good together???

Not sure if the bottom swimmers would get along, and you'd probably end up losing the geos over time.
