Yeah I like it. It's really unique. I'm noticing it doesn't have as vibrant colors as most flowerhorn but it has a lot of its own cool features to it. The fins on this fish are one of its best features. As it gets bigger its colors are only going to get better to. It looks like a female to me also. Keep your fingers crossed because if it is you have something awesome to help develop another new strain of your own.

I'd be very interested in seeing it crossed with a texas or some type of hybrid you don't see to often.

what about maybe crossing it to this or a offspring of this?

i shall give it a go. it will have to wait for a a bit cause the male is approx 10in currently. i might try to raise a good offspring of him. i currently have several about 2-3in range. looks like there is a gonna be couple faders. on a good note for sure he at least is fertile.
