Cutteri "Rio Jutiapa" pair progression

So it appears the male has changed females (ignores the pictured female) and has chosen the subdominant female as his girl, because she is white (with stripes showing), not torn up, and from the other room (because when I enter the room they go into feeding mode and show no natural behavior haha) I can see her going into the small cichlid stone I added and him standing guard outside (still colored up) and chasing away others... Good signs
These guys are super hyper aggresive, I have spawned them before. She is totally ready already in breeding dress and all. Shouldn't be much longer. Really, really fun fish to keep. Good luck.

Thanks, just did a 70% WC and within 10 minutes they're defending the cave and going in and out already, chasing everyone over to the last 6" of the tank on the other side, they work fast!
