sounds like I may be finding new homes for one of the cutteri and the baby hrp soon, Brutus isn't exactly the "plays well with others" kind

Yeah lol I was thinking of getting a 75 for one of groups. So they have enough elbow room they really don't play well with others.

It looks like males having a territorial dispute. There is an absence of prolonged lip locking, which is common in all cichlid pre-spawning behavior. And I would say that their body movements are sharp and aggressive in nature. In my experience with spawning behavior, the male and female will approach each other much slower than that.

On a positive note, my wife killer male has been accepted into the 75 sausage fest. He's at the very bottom of the totem pole, even behind my 1" hrp lol
