Darters only get a few inches long, and honestly you've probably seen the full range of behaviors they exhibit, lol. Cool fish if you're into natives but the one you have isn't one of the extremely colorful or rare specimens, so there's no point in devoting tank space to it if you're not interested. Bigger fish seem to like snacking on them though. That's why I don't have any now, all my bigger natives found them extremely tasty.
